Olivier Gillotin

Olivier is the executive perfumer and Vice President of Givaudan New York. He was born in Brittany, France and studied Biology in Paris, where he later discovered perfumery through his cousin, who worked at Chanel.

He has created fragrances from Calvin Klein, Dior, Ralph Lauren, Frassai as well as numerous fragrances for Tom Ford.

In 2022, Olivier Gillotin receives the American Society of Perfumery Lifetime Achievement Award.
