Pink Pepper

Whilst completely unrelated to the ubiquitous black pepper, pink pepper does share some characteristics in both appearance and taste.

Pink pepper is a popular ingredient in modern perfumery, and is often used as a top note to give its distinctive fruity, spicy warmth. When extracted with carbon dioxide, the vibrant spice of the berries retain their sparkling nature.
