Carnation
The flower by this name has a peppery piquant scent, reminiscent of cloves. The beautiful scent is rendered through creative blending, using eugenol, linalool, ylang ylang and other ingredients. It used to be popular in the beginning of the 20th century and is now featured in retro powdery floral scents.
