Postage & Delivery

All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. During peak periods (such as sales and holidays), please allow up to 10 business days for processing. Note that extended dispatch times may occur during pandemics due to staff shortages.

Please ensure your postal address is accurate. If an error is found, please notify us promptly. Once an order is confirmed as shipped, we cannot amend the address. We are not liable for parcels sent to incorrect addresses. If a parcel is returned to us, the buyer is responsible for any additional postage costs to resend the parcel.

Shipping refunds are not available, even for bundled orders, due to the administrative burden and increased postage fees for heavier packages. Additionally, some payment providers do not refund merchant fees, even when we refund customers.

Loss/Delay Caused by Australia Post

We are not responsible for any loss or delays caused by Australia Post. Delivery times vary based on the destination and local customs laws. As a general guideline, allow 3 to 10 business days for regular post and 2 to 7 business days for express post.

Australia Express Post

Ensure your location is covered by Australia Post’s Express Post Network before opting for this service, as it is non-refundable. The Express Post network covers 80% of Australian business and private addresses, and Post Office boxes. For addresses outside this network, Australia Post will use the fastest available transport links, but the Next Day Guarantee does not apply.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders allow customers to secure new or restocked products. Estimated availability dates are provided but may change. Orders containing pre-orders will be shipped once all items are in stock. If you prefer immediate dispatch of in-stock products, please place separate orders.

Shipping Costs

  • Within Australia: Standard Post (3-10 business days): Flat rate $15. We reserve the right to request personal identification before shipping. If requested, ID must be provided within 24 hours, or the order will be canceled.

  • International Shipping: Flat Rate $50. Payments must be made via PayPal, or orders will be canceled.

Where Is My Order?

Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Track your order at Australia Post Tracking.

Once a tracking number is issued, it indicates your order is being processed. During high volume periods, there may be delays in collection. Tracking updates will occur once Australia Post collects and scans the parcel.

Can I Ship to Multiple Addresses?

We cannot process split shipments within one order. To ship to multiple addresses, create separate orders for each delivery address.

Lost or Damaged Goods

For orders lost or damaged in transit within Australia, contact our Customer Service team Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm AEST. If your order has not been received within 7 working days, please contact us promptly to lodge an enquiry with Australia Post. We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage if notified outside this timeframe.

Disclaimer

Once a tracking number is issued, it typically means your order is packed and ready for collection. During high volume periods, a tracking number may indicate active processing, and inventory discrepancies may lead to order cancellations and refunds. Tracking information updates once Australia Post collects and scans the parcel. Orders with Express Post are subject to the same processing timeframes as standard orders.
