Grapes

Grapes used for wine production have a huge range of different aromas depending on their variety. When referring to grape in perfume, we typically mean the distinctive smell of Concord grapes, which are known for their use in grape jelly or confectionery. A grape note is usually derived from a synthetic known as methyl anthranilate, also naturally present in some white florals and citrus fruits.
