Oriental Vanilla

Vanilla is used in almost all styles of fragrance and is one of the primary components of an amber accord.

Vanilla can also be found in a high proportion of oriental fragrances. Those such perfumes which put this sweet, rich material front and centre can be found here.  These fragrances tend to be less sweet than gourmands, and are typically balanced by notes such as citrus, florals, woods and resins.
