The bold fire of carnation is embellished with the equal heat of passionate rose, which is encased in fiery spices and gorgeous resins. Royal Oeillet is a hushed fire, of a passionate flame snuffed out by sweetly scented dust.

Of discernible structure, Royal Oeillet is at once a singular idea and a complete structure, a construction of carnation that is perfected and then extended. The watery metallic freshness of violet leaf lifts, while a secure base of raspy cedarwood and creamy smooth sandalwood grounds. In the end, the fragrance folds into a traditional picture of carnation flower – forever beguiling.
