Majestic, marmoreal, regal…a rose fragrance like no other.

Mohur (pronounced mə-ˈhu̇r), the second in the original triptych of fragrances inspired by the past, present and future of India, is paying homage to the imperial period, and it is named after the golden coin minted under the Moghal rule.

Rich Persian rose is in the heart of Mohur, moving the scent away from the typical, generic bouquet offered on St.Valentine’s Day, and into the realm of the senses and fine French perfumery. A lovely whiff of triple-milled soap is perceptible in the beginning, while the development belies the first impression enriching the rose with saffron, and cool cardamom, as well as a passing whiff of almond milk.
